I am a transformative coach & leader who employs a collaborative and co-creational approach to problem-solving, always keeping the end result in focus.
I profoundly adopt the mindset that people are capable, resourceful and full of potential !
My role is to facilitate the release of their full potential - their magnificence - and arrive at high performance, successful transitions, creativity/innovation and personal fulfilment !

My experience covers clinical work, medical affairs and pharmacovigilance - derived from diverse geographies and organizational contexts (incl. Regulatory Agency). A change leader with a collaborative, co-creational approach to problem solving and always with the end result in mind. A facilitator of strategic innovation. A coach of individuals & teams.

I am a certified medical doctor, with a masters degree in business administration, and certified as professional coach, practicing core energy coaching and performance coaching with individuals and teams.
I coach personal/team development, performance, career development, leadership and transition but my coaching is not exclusive to these areas. Other important facets of a balanced life may also be in scope and subject to my coaching.
